Anyone seen these characters?

Hi, All.

I'm leaving 9/30 for my first solo trip to WDW and am hoping to get some photos/autographs with some characters I haven't seen before. Anyone recently seen any of these characters and, if so, where:

John Smith or any of the Princes
Tarzan or Jane
Jiminy Cricket
Max (Goofy's son)
Princess Atta (from Bug's Life)
Brer Rabbit or Brer Fox
Quasimodo, Esmerelda or Phoebus
Rabbit (from Winnie the Pooh)

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I saw Prince Eric with Ariel at Ariel's Grotto. I don't think it is common for him to be there, but you may want to check!

I have seen Jane at AK and Max at MK near Cinderella's Castle. I've heard that Jiminy Cricket can be found on the character bus at Epcot but I have never seen myself.

Max can often be found at the Studios, accorss from WWTBAM. If you ever want to see a specific character, stop by guest services/guest relations and let them know.....they can get in touch with CMs who know bwhen/where a chracter will be.

I saw Max in toon town at barnstormer
rabbit i found with eeyore in toon town line up in May but I won't bore you with headache I had trying to see him again to have him sign t shirt in May.
Princess Atta I've seen with flik in ak but i need her auto too.
Brer Rabbit I found on Main street as I was leaving MK one night.

Prnce Charming I saw at 1900 Park Fare for dinner.

Esmerelda and Quasimodo were in Epcot in..I am forgetting which country, I would guess it was France. We went to the back and they were there. On the schedule for the day, it was one of the listed character greetings, so if you pick it up you can see when they will be there.
We also saw Belle and the Beast I forgot what country, and Alladin and Genie in Morroco. It's really cool because they are there together and you get the picture with both at the same time.

Max at Barnstormer in Toontown in 2002.
Esmerelda in World Showcase (I think that was who it was) but that was back in 1997.

We've seen Brer Rabbit and Brer Fox more than once at Splash Mountain, but they are almost hidden in the ride que.

We've seen Max and Goofy numerous times at the Barnstormer in Toon Town.

We've seen Flick and Atta walking around AK almost every time we have been there.

We saw Jiminy Cricket in one of the World Showcase areas this past June (where do the Pinochio characters hang out?). I had my DS take my picture with him because I had never seen him before. He was a very tiny bug.

Max (Goofy's son) ~ I've seen Max in town square at the Magic Kingdom many times, once my brother and I were on the Ferry and got to see him water skiing.

Princess Atta (from Bug's Life) ~ I've only seen her in the Animal Kingdom.

Brer Rabbit or Brer Fox ~ I haven't ever seen Brer Rabbit but I've seen Brer Bear and Brer Fox in Adventure Land outside Splash Mountain and also on the wooden walkway area.

Quasimodo, Esmerelda or Phoebus ~ I've seen Esmerelda and Clopin in France at Epcot.

Out of 15+ visits to WDW Jiminy Cricket once years ago, don't remember where.

In May I saw Jiminy Cricket in Italy at the World Showcase in Epcot. Never saw him before so it stuck in my memory. He is very tiny and cute as can be! He was in the courtyard area near the Neptune fountain and the outdoor eating area of the restaurant. He was with Pinochio and Gepetto.

Pooh and friends hang out in England, but I don't know if Rabbit is with them--it is worth asking.

I love to look for characters! Character where I seen them are:

John Smith - He's a rare one! I saw him in April in front of the Big Hat at MGM. I heard that some characters now meet near the MGM entrance instead, so I am not sure where he would be anymore. I also seen Snow White's Prince by the Big Hat.

Tarzan or Jane - I never seen them. I read about people meeting Jane by the entrance of Animal Kingdom.

Jiminy Cricket - we met him on the Epcot Holiday Bus. I also read of him being met in Italy at Epcot.

Max - we saw Max everywhere on our last trip! We saw him by Barnstormer at Magic Kingdom, also across from Millionaire at MGM. Also saw him on the Epcot Holiday Bus.

Atta - I seen her a few times in this one location at Animal Kingdom. It's on a little sidewalk off the main sidewalk directly across from the Pizzafari restaurant and Creature Comforts gift shop. You can easily see her greeting from the main sidewalk if you pass by. I seen Flik there many time, too.

Brer Rabbit or Fox - We seen Brer Rabbit by the restrooms near the exit to Splash Mountain. I never seen Brer Fox, as he is our biggest "miss".

Quasimodo and Phoebus - we met them by the Big Hat at MGM in April. Also met them at the Halloween party by Ariel's Grotto. Esmeralda we met in front of France at Epcot.

Rabbit - a "new" character that I will be looking for, too!

If you are going to a Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom, you can also get some rare characters there, too! Happy character hunting!!!!!!!!

We saw Jane around the entrance of Animal Kingdom. We also Jiminy Cricket in the same area at Animal Kingdom. I had never seen him before. I wished we would have gotten his autograph but his line was very long.

I am too excited to know that there is now a Rabbit that can be seen. When did Rabbit start making appearances?

Hugsforeeyore-great site! I'll be checking it out before our Oct trip. I like the idea of making stickers for my kids who aren't readers yet. I've seen folks post that make their own books with cards with photos for all the characters but that sounds like a lot of work-especially at the parks. I think maybe I'll just make some stickers for the kids to put on a Disney autograph book after they get it signed. Maybe I should wait til after we come home and make stickers with photos of them with the characters.....anyways great site!

Hi, we just saw Jiminy Cricket in France.Saw Snow White and Prince Charming, Pocahontas and Jasmine @ the entrance to MGM last week. Also, saw white rabbit in toontown last Sept 2003.

I was able to take a picture of my daughter-in-law with Jiminy Cricket in February 2004. It was in Animal Kingdom right before a showing of the Festival of the Lion King. The cast member with Jiminy also mentioned that he isn't in the parks very often.

We just got back yesterday and on the character bus in Epcot we saw Jiminy Cricket and Max. There are a lot of other characters on the bus as well...it is really cute.

In June we saw Jiminy Cricket at MGM by the hat. I too had heard he was difficult to see, but while we were patiently waiting for Mulan to appear, we saw him every time the characters came out! He came out on the left side of the hat (if you're walking towards the hat from the main entrance).
