Anyone see the new rules for the AP rates

Can we access the AP area of the website...I have not been able to and assumed it was because we were Canadian???

I'm going to go out on a limb and make a prediction (something which I rarely do).... That Disney will make some minor changes to this program over the next six months.

Whew! That took a lot out of me.

What kind of changes? Could be anything, really. Some aspects that are more likely than others is the transferability of the deposit -- maybe they'll do something like the cruise lines do, where the deposit becomes fully non-refundable only at 90 days, and is only partially non-refundable before that. Maybe they'll change the specific rules associated with the change fee a little. That seems possible.
