Anyone rent Mickey's Magic at WH?

This house looks like a great fit for my family and the rate works too. I've been digging around the forums a bit but haven't run across anyone who's used it. I'd love an endorsement before I go ahead and book.

Anyone? Anyone at all?

My family and I had reserved this home for 9 nights next January, but our party grew by two additional people and we needed to go with a bigger home. We were kinda bummed about having to switch because this one looked SO nice...but, we really needed an extra bedroom.

This home is also listed with Florida Sun Vacation Homes as "High Tech Heaven".

After contacting both the owner (through VRBO) and FSVH, we were surprised to learn that the home was nearly $400 cheaper by going through FSVH!!! Having rented through FSVH once before, it was a no-brainer to us to book through them again.

Although we are no longer staying in this home for our next trip, we have no doubt that it's every bit as nice in person as it is in all the pictures. (Check out the comments listed on FSVH's page regarding this property...they all seem very positive!)

How were you able to switch to another home? Did you lose $ (deposit etc)? Or can you do that readily when using FSVH? Just curious in case we run into a similar situation--

Unfortunately, we had to pay a $100 "transfer" fee. Divided by three families, it wasn't a huge deal, but still....

I'm curious to hear reviews as well as we booked this house for our upcoming trip in July. I do have to say that the owner has been very prompt and courteous in responding to all my questions.
