Anyone rent from AllStar vacation homes?

I haven't rented from them myself but I've read lots of positive reviews from others who have. And you'll love Windsor Hills, we do.

We've rented from All Star before and our experience was great. Customer service was prompt and polite, check in was a breeze. They're very easy to get to; they're in a shopping center that you have to pass to get to Windsor Hills. The homes we've rented were clean, more than comfortable, and well stocked. Never had an issue.

The only reason we're not using them for our upcoming trip (also our 1st time to WH) is the price. The overall home rental fee is much higher than going directly from the owner. But on the flip side, you know that you're getting a well maintained home with a reliable mgmt. company and you don't have to leave a security deposit when you check in. They charge an $85 fee that pays for insurance while you're in the home in case of any (minor) damage.
