Anyone rent a car from Philadelphia International?

Hi there,
We are flying into Philadelphia International and are thinking about renting a car. Has anyone done this and are all the car rental places on site or off? We'll probably do National but not sure...

A couple of years ago we rented a car from Budget and that was in the terminal. Maybe you go to the major car rental companies and do a search and see if they are at the Philly airport. Good Luck
