Anyone recently at CSR is bounceback flyer in room??

Is anyone at Cornado Springs now or recently was the flyer for the bounceback free dining for 2008 in hte room?

Yes!

I just got a letter, but not a flyer. I called the extension on the letter and found out the following:

Free dining bounceback dates are from Aug 30th - end of September. The room rate for Coronado (where I was staying) was $149 versus $136 (this years rate)

The rep also stated that the new dining plan is in place, with no appetizer or tip included on table services.

IWe are arriving in 5 days. this yearss rate @CSR is $149 plus tax... that is what we are paying. Were did yoy get the $136

I'm not sure where we got that discount.

We were originally at POR with a AAA discount. I"m not sure if CS is a more expensive room /different county but the concierge said since it was prepaid there were no extra charges.

Another figure $164 also seems familiar. I'm not sure if that was waterview or not..

I know I was trying to have a conversation, my kids were noisy so I didn't really get most of the details. I heard that the date didn't work for me so I just got a quote for a room rate.

I did ask about discounts as well such as AAA, passholder and such. The CM on the phone was having trouble so I'm not sure.

She told us $149. I have also on my notes $164.

We just got back from a split stay at POR and Poly. The offer was in my room at the Poly when we checked in on 8/31. That seems to be the magic date when the offer started appearing. Not sure if it was in all rooms, or those with room only rates like us, but sounds like all rooms. It did have a code associated with it, and the CM checks your reservation in their system before giving you a quote. We were on the ME bus back to MCO and the CM was giving me a bit of a hassle about being post-checkout...

We booked a return to POR from 9-13/ 9-20. The CM wouldn't break out the room rate in the package, but did quote us the MYW ticket prices from the WDW website. If you take those full price tickets out of the total price and divide by the number of nights, we got a room rate of $174 at POR, including tax. Which sounds pretty close to $155/nt base rate...

I'm still hoping for a better room only discount at the Poly, and we'll just skip the modified Free Dining plan in 2008, but wanted to book POR just in case a better Poly offer doesn't come along!
