Anyone received mail about DVC & II

I received a envelope today with a folder inside that looked like an oversized blue passport. The blue folder explained the way vacation exchanges are made. It was a mailing from DVC and the envelope also advertised that new 2003 point charts for Interval International were inside. However no point charts were included.
Apparently DVC forgot to include everything in the envelope they mailed me. Did anyone else actually get the point charts? Thanks.

The pont chartis only for II trades, and is broken into 3 seasons - 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. It is on the first page of the "Passport". Received mine today, also.
