Anyone receive a reply from Jackie Lueders ?

I sent an email to Ms Lueders over a month ago outlining my objections to the first come first serve check in system. I never heard from her or her office. I find this rather arrogant and wonder if anyone else ever received a reply?

I mailed her a letter last week about the horrible condition of our BWV Studio #1085. We were there 10/18-10/26/02. I haven't heard anything (and didn't really ask for a reply), but it's probably too soon. Anyone else?

I sent her a letter about our displeasure at our trip to VWL in June. She called me about 2 weeks later.

I sent an email to MS and asked them to forward it. She replied in about 3 days with a very nice email. Basically, I just said that since theDC was being dicontinued next year, that it would be nice if DVC would have discount codes members could use when reserving car rentals etc on line like the DC does now.

I got a phone call from her a few months ago after I sent an e-mail to member services. She was very nice.

Last year I had emailed in a compliment after a stay at BWV and I heard from yer within 2 days.
