Anyone pay cash for F/Sa BWV 2BR recently?

I am having a difficult time finding a rack rate this evening for a standard 2 bedroom villa at BWV. We are planning a trip on points with friends for next June. We may want to add Fri or Sat and pay cash with the DVC discount. The 11 month window is around the corner!

The rack rate would be $795 plus 12.5% tax. You maybe able to get a 25% member discount. Cash rates do not go by view, you get whatever is open at arrival, usually pool/garden.
