Hey! I'm from the U.S. but I've been to the U.K.! The college Program is a program that Disney set up so college aged students can come for a semester, 5-9 months I believe, to work for Disney and gain a few credits for college. The participants live in disney housing and have several shuttles that take them to and from work every day. It's really cool cause this way people can take a semester that they would've used for taking classes in college and go have fun working for Disney at the
Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World. They also have an International College program for people who live outside the U.S.
Just search for Disney International College Program and it should come up.
