Anyone order anything from Overstock.com?

They've got some kids' coats for pretty good prices there, and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with their service.

My friend orders from their all the time and also hasn't had any probems.

You can't beat the low shipping cost.

I've orded several bedding things from them. All have been good quality and shipped fairly quickly. In fact, I'm just waiting for my new down comforter from them--I should have it today

My MIL bought us a few things from overstock.com for our wedding, but they weren't really our style. It was past the 30 day return point and they still credited her credit card. She said they were pretty easy to deal with from that aspect. I've never had to deal with a service issue with overstock.com

I've ordered from them in the past. The only thing I don't like about them is some items cannot be returned. I mistakenly ordered the wrong Harry Potter books on tape (ordered Book 5 when I wanted Book 4), realized my error immediately after I hit submit (of course ), but couldn't retract my order. I was stuck with it, and we already had it, so I was left to sell it on ebay.

Other than that one experience, I've been pleased. Just make sure the return policy before you order!

Deb--I have ordered from them in the past, and it's been fine. If you are looking for kid's coats, might I also suggest www.landsend.com in the Overstocks section (these were in the Not Quite Perfect section, but I could not fine ONE thing wrogn with his. I just got a 3-in-1 coat for DS. (waterproof shell, zip out fleece liner) for $39.50.

I ordered a movie Wed. night and it came in the mail today. Had a problem last Dec. when I didn't receive something a month after I ordered it so they resent the item and I got it a few days later. Just recieved the first one they sent out about a month ago. I think it was the post office's fault though. I am satisfied with Overstock.com's service.

I have only ordered 1 thing which was King size sheets at a high thread count. I couldn't beat their sheet prices anywhere, even WalMart!
Sheets are great and I will probably order more bedding since the cost is reasonable compared to retail.

Yep, DW's ordered sunglasses from them (two pairs -- she didn't like the first pair and returned them with no problems) and I ordered a computer for my Dad from them as well. Great prices, very fast and cheap delivery.

I ordered a set of luggage from them earlier this year and was very happy with it. Great price, S&H was like 2.50! For about 50lbs. worth of luggage, can't beat that! Not to mention that it arrived in like 2 days! I will definitely order from them again.

Yes, several times, VERY pleased. Most recently I ordered a wireless optical keyboard/mouse set, got it in two days, half the price of anyplace else. I liked it, ordered another for my office computer, same results. Then, I ordered a third, as I like using it with my laptop if I am in the kithcen or wherever. It came fine but one of the little 'legs' on the keyboard that raise the backend up was broken. I emailed, they sent me a total replacement, both keyboard and mouse, said to keep the one with the broken 'leg'. I had it in two days, no charge. Great service.
