Anyone on the March 27, 2004 Magic?

Ok, 3 more weeks to go! Anyone packed yet?

We're not packed, I just finished ordering all our new clothes on-line! I have to bring all the returns to the post office today! Still need to order DD one more bathing suit and we'll be done!

We'll be on the 3/27 Western Magic cruise too. DW, DD 12, DD 14, and self.

2nd DCL cruise - did Eastern Magic 2 years ago.

Packing? Packing is going to be a real issue since this cruise is a surprise for the kids. I've figured out the surprise part, but I haven't figured out the packing part!

Richfield Autopia--maybe we could get out daughters together...My DD 12 is a great kid, but she's a little unpredictable lately . I'm not even quite sure how she'll react to (what I think is) a GREAT surprise like this!

I can't believe we're getting so close!

I already posted this in the other March 27 thread on this board, but I thought I should post it here too so that more 3/27/04 Disney Magic DISers will receive reply notifications.

Let's plan on a DIS Meet...

Date: Monday afternoon, March 29, the first full day at sea.
Time: 4:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Location: Promenade Lounge on Deck 3, halfway between Lumiere's and Parrot Cay.

It was impossible to pick a time when there is no conflict with any other scheduled activity. But 4:00 p.m. is a quiet time between the daytime activities and the Captain's Welcome Reception at 5:30 p.m. (for those of us with late dinner seating. If anyone wants to plan another DIS Meet at another time, in addition to this one, that would be fine too.

It's just a chance for people who post here on the DIS Boards to meet each other. I'm aware of 16 posters who have said they'll be on the March 27 cruise. There may be others.

Anyone who wants to can drop by the Promenade Lounge on Monday between 4 and 5 p.m. You can buy yourself a drink if you wish, or you can just have a seat. In either case, you'll be with people with whom you have something in common -- your participation on these boards.

Hi All,

Anyone else going crazy waiting for the cruise to get here? I am in the midst of heavy preparation but still wish the time would move faster. Cant wait to be on that beautiful ship again!

I know exactly how you feel, Benebire! This is going to be the longest week of my life.

We too are new to cruises and looking forward to this first experience. Honestly somewhat uncertain given that we have two young ones (DS-3,DS2). Anyone had experience with kids this young - any advice?

we have 2, DS4and DS2. maybe they can hook up? at least the 4 year olds at the club. this will be our very first cruise experience also! if you're flying, make sure you pack some "fun stuff" for them to do on the plane ride. don't forget the sand toys for CC! try to relax...it will be fun!
