Anyone NOT gotten an email conf. that booked online?

Mine still hasn't come. We were away for a couple of days and I was hoping it'd be here when we got back but it wasn't. I called first thing this morning to ask them to send it -- still waiting. I also can't get into the part of the WDW site where you can look up your ressie by confirm number (haven't been able to get back in since a day or so after I initially booked).

Getting a little frustrated with this and the lack of consistent info from CMs. My parents are going at the same time as us and when they booked on Monday the CM gave them a linking code and said all we needed to do was call and have that number added to our reservation too and we'd be linked. After sitting on hold for 20 minutes this morning the CM tells me that the linking code is not enough, I also need my parents' confirmation number, which of course I don't have.

Word of warning. If you do not get an email call beck to double check. Most times it is Ok and your email address got messed up in the reservation system. That has happened to me.


This last time I called for the GP discounts to up my discount from 20% to 25%. Wait about 10 min on hold and get a CM that quickly updates it and we hang up. No email. I figure they are busy and wait.

Today I get word of the AP discounts and call back to up the discount again to 30%. The CM brings up my reservation and reviews and the 25% discount is NOT there. For no big deal, I am calling now and getting 30% but what if I hadn't????


Call and check, get your email, just to be safe.
