We are not members, but we tried to buy a 50 pt contract at VB with an April UY. ROFR took 26 days and in the end Disney bought it back. :mad:

We offered $65 pp. We went through the timeshare store.

I bought VB for $65/pt. , 50 pt. contract last May! I didn't pay closing , only MF fees, plus got banked points! I passed....I am shocked they ROFR'd you! Was the contract stripped if I may ask?

No it wasn't stripped. There were 50pts for 08 and 50 for 09 etc. I was shocked as well. I think its because we're not members. But thats just me.

It may be worth it looking at VB points with GMAC. They have several pts. cheap. Since they are the "only recommended Disney reseller" by Disney, maybe they will let those contracts thru. I bought my VB points thru them, although I am not endorsing that company in any way, shape or form. TSS rocks! :goodvibes

Just got home and opened my email and the first thing I saw was "CONGRATULATIONS!" in the headline in an email from
GMAC! I passed ROFR!!!! :cool1:

I am so excited, now off to estopple land!! And to get the money together, even more fun. So glad it's a small contract.

So please move me from waiting to passed! :woohoo:
