Anyone looking to cancel their A&E FP+ between 6/15-6/17?

We leave for the World in 23 days and wanting to get two FP+ for DD6 and DDW between the dates of 6/15-6/17.

We have only gotten one spot for 6/14 but not having luck picking up the elusive 2nd spot trying all the tricks mentioned in post.

Been searching everyday multiple times a day since our 30 day window since we are an AP staying offsite.

Thought it would not hurt to ask.

I was surprised there is not a dedicated thread for this already like there is for the cancelled ADRs.

And even if you find someone who plans to give one up, what are the chances that the timing would work out for you to get it? You are correct, it never hurts to ask, but there are so many people looking for these, that I would think any opening would be snatched up essentially instantaneously.

I hope you are able to get them however it comes about!

My best advice (if you cannot get a FP+ for them) is to try to see them late in the afternoon. The wait times have been much less than they are in the morning. They are only advertised until 5pm, but have been a surprise for some people visiting the hall as late as 7:30.

I can't help with your specific request, but this past Sunday, I cancelled one for 11:30am at around 10:30am because I was able to find an opening at 12:40 which is when my 7 year old son was booked. He wasn't looking forward to going in by himself. I had been looking all morning until I found it so don't give up. It was a very crowded Sunday at MK too.

I don't have any for your specific dates, but I can tell you what another DIS'er and I did last week.

I PM'd my phone number to her, and she called me. I waited until she got to the screen where you pick your park in MK. I clicked update to select my new experience and told her to press Next. She did, and my cancelled A&E FPs appeared. I've read that others here have had success as well using this method. Good luck!

Thanks for all the replies. We will be at the world 6/11/14-6/18/14. We plan to be in MK 6/15-6/17 but will to rearrange plans. Only date out is 6/12

We actually may cancel on the 15th (10:25-11:25am)! I just won't know yet until the 12th. We booked a set for earlier in our trip and then a "backup" set for the 15th. Assuming we get in for the earlier one, we will cancel the backup.

I'll keep an eye on this thread and if you don't get one by the time we know for sure, I'll message you!

Just an update I have secured one FP+ for 6/15/14 for the timeframe of 10:05-11:05am but now on the hunt for the elusive 2nd spot. Hoping for some more pixie dust.

YAHOO!!!!! I secured my two spots for A&E on 6/15!!!!!!! I have given up the single spots I had for the 14th and 15th but I am sure they are gone by now.
