Anyone live near Dekalb, Ill. ?

Nothing is set yet, but I just figured a set of plans and turned in a bid on repainting the Wal Mart store there. . .

Don't suppose anyone would be up for a little mini-meet if I get up that way in mid-March?

Will, I am about 40 mins or so from Dekalb...home of Northern Illinois University. Decemeber99 and Dr. P make thier home there too It would be very cool to have you in "our neck of the woods" We would get to meet at last!

Oh...and I know not many people are gonna want to track out this way but there is an excellent Mexican restaurant here, an awesome pizza place, and some other great places to eat. If you are here during spring break things will be less crowded as THEY WILL BE GONE!!!!!! Not that that makes me happy or anything

No, I'm not kidding. . . Wal Mart could still change things on me, but for right now it looks like I'll be in DeKalb for about 10 days in mid-March. . I'll let everyone know when I get the dates for certain. .

Cool...if it hits right it might be about the time I think that Dan is trying to get a meet together. Well the closer it gets pm me and let me know where you're staying and maybe we can meet up for dinner or something. And my money is automatically deposited to WalMart anyway so I'm sure I'll see you around there - I know I've asked you this before - is this inside work or outside work???? I just want to warn you that the people around this town drive like maniacs in that parking lot so wouldn't want to read in the paper that you and your working buddies got ran over by cars.....oh - and our little girl scouts might be there selling cookies too..... ROFL

We repaint the outsides. . . and I'll bring plenty of barricade material to be safe.

Plus I'll bring some portable sprinklers for those Girl Scouts. .
