FYI, I see almost as many people wearing YANKEES hats and t-shirts as I see people wearing red sox stuff!! The YANKEES are alive and well, with MANY fans here in Massachusetts!

This is all I have to say about that...

(It's a song my brother in law and I wrote/played/recorded about the Yankees as part of a radio contest.)
We got played on the radio on WFNX. This recording is the actual radio broadcast.

But I think it succinctly sums up the Yankees.

Hi to all up here on the North Shore. I'm in West Newbury. So far I've seen Newburyport, Salisbury and Georgetown. If we get anyone from Groveland, Merrimac, Amesbury, Newbury or Rowley we'll have the entire area covered.
