Anyone Know When Rehap at PI will be Done??

Just wondering when the construction at PI will be completed.

I've always heard things would be complete by the end of the year, and it looks like they could be done by the end of October, maybe sooner. The new bridge and entrance gate look complete, though they are still walled off. Most of the fencing is gone from the circular area between BET, AC and CW, opening that area up, though the old shops are still walled off.

Realistically, they have to be done by December 31--no way they risk losing the revenue from the New Year's Eve party. I suspect they may use that as the "grand opening," even if the work was completed a few weeks earlier.
