Anyone know when or if WDW will offer Kids Stay & Play Free next year?

I am really wanting to plan a trip next year but I am on a budget so I'm hoping they will offer the kids stay & play free again. Do they usually offer that every year? I think it will be a better deal for us than the free dining plan.

I don't think they offered it at all in 2011, unless it was with a pin code (not for the general public).

The last time I remember them offering that promo it was for Spring vacations, and since they've had the Free Dining promotion for most of the Spring for 2012, I kind of doubt they will offer another big promotion for the same time frame.

Rumors are always circulating that Disney is trying to "wean" the public off all the discounts, so we never know if promotions like that will occur again or not.

When Disney feels ready to implement their next promotion they will do so. If other recent promotions have been any indication, for about the first month nobody will really understand it and the Marketing people will not have thought out all the ramifications.

We just went on the kids eat, play and stay for free this past septmeber. It was through my Disney Visa and I booked it in Jan or Feb of this year. I am hopeing for the same promotion for next year cause our recent sept. trip was cut REALLY short due to my father in law passing away 5 hrs after we landed in Disney.

I took the kids this past August with the stay and play deal, so they definitely offered it for 2011. We were originally booked with free dining, but stay and play was much cheaper so I switched it.

Thanks everyone! I knew they offered it last year because we went in January & we had already booked the free dining plan but they were offering the kids stay & play free for later in the year. I really hope they offer it again next year!

How do people get the pin code early before the general public? I would love to be able to do that.

There was a minimum length of stay that was required but I can't remember exactly how long it was. I'm thinking that it was at least 5 days?

There had to be at least one adult in the room, which meant that there could be up to 3 children (under 10 years old) in a room at most resorts (some deluxes will allow up to a total of 5 people).

The room was priced at the rack rate.

The kids got free tickets that were identical to the adult tickets which were purchased in the package. If the adult bought a 5-day hopper, then the kids got 5-day hoppers, too. The adult ticket isn't discounted.

If it was a stay, play and dine for free offer then free dining for the children (under 10) was also included in the package as long as the adult purchased a dining plan. The kids got the same dining plan as the adult.

this is incorrect. the free "play" was only on base tickets. so if the parents got 5 day park hoppers the kids got free 5 day base tickets and had to pay the fee to upgrade to a park hopper.

This promo saved us soooo much!! with 4 kids it was a pretty savings we even added on the dining plan. I believe the offer started in Feb. there are certain months its available. We went in Sept. and can NOT wait to book again.
