Anyone know what the 'going rate' is for nannies?

A friend of mine is looking to hire a nanny and needs to find some information. I figured I could help her out and see if anyone here had some info for her!
Whats a weekly rate for a nanny both full and part time?
Sick days paid?
Vacation paid? how much?
Hours worked?
Any other info?
