I was talking to a friend yesterday and she was telling me that her ex-girlfriend's brother works as a character handler at WDW and makes about 15 an hour. He's been there a while though, so who knows.
Dh said the "perks" would have made up for the lack of pay.
I didn't even think about Disney having nurses in their parks until I saw a group of them coming through with a stretcher to get a kid who had collapsed off an attraction.
