Anyone know the name of this current song?

I keep catching the end of this song on the radio but they never say who sings it or what it's called. It sounds to me somewhat like Alicia Keys maybe but my niece thought it was a guy with Cole in his name.
The chorus goes something like this "never knew what I was missing 'til I found you" and on "found" the voice goes up and down for a few seconds.
Surely someone knows what I am talking about. It's driving me crazy. I want to download it, but itunes is not helpful if you don't know either the name or singer. Anyone?

Could it be "Fallin'" (I keep on falling in and out of love with you) by Alicia Keys? The words aren't right but it sounds like it could be the song from your description.
