Anyone know the email address for the Boardwalk Concierge?

Hi everyone,

We just booked the Boardwalk Concierge for November and are very excited. Because we have a big group we definately plan on utilizing the concierge planning services. While we have used concierge before at the Poly and the YC, we have never been the the BW. Does anyone have the email address of the concierge there?

Also, does anyone have any info about the BW concierge?

I am staying at BC Concierge and the itinerary planning office has been helping me - they are great.

I have been trying to get some info on the BW but it has been difficult, especially since the search function is almost always disabled. I know we will be requesting a room overlooking the quiet pool. Are there any other locations we should know about? Are some rooms very far from the elevators? Do all rooms have balconies?

Do you have any links with BW Concierge info?

FYI, the reason I ask is because some of our group will be at the BW Villas and we don't want to walk miles to get together.

Hi..

Just wanted to say that I have not tried BWI concierge - but the itinerary planner there has been wonderful so far.

She faxed me an information sheet with all my reservations. confirmation numbers and extra info. She always emails me back quickly and has even telephoned me for a quick question or 2.

I have not seen too much on BWI concierge... this is the only link I know of offhand.
