Anyone know of a message forum for people with disabilities?

My adult son is learning disabled. He has a job and is having difficulties there. I am trying to find out if it is normal the way they are treating him there. Have looked on the ADA website, but I don't see a forum on there for advice.
Does anyone know of such a discussion forum?

Have you searched online for a support group for learning disabilities?

There are support groups for various disabilities that are easy to find by searching. I've used a support group for my own illness (Chiari) for many years and have learned so much from it. The members on these forums are usually very willing to share knowledge and experiences.
