Anyone know how to resize pics?

I need a pic resized to 50X50 pixels or 4000 bytes. I need it the right size to use for my avatar. If anyone can help me I'll post the pic or e-mail it to ya. Thanx ahead of time.

What's your picture's url? I think this code I have will work, but it might be HTML and not work with a vb code board.
