Yes. But I've found that the character still stays in VMK.
I also ran into this. You can delete the account off the Disney site and not be able to log into VMK immediately afterwards. But, You also can not use that same email to sign up again on VMK. Try it. You will find out that you can't use that same account again.
So after I found that out, I tried making one I was going to delete a friend of my main character. After I deleted the account off Disney, I checked to see if I could log into that account on VMK. I couldn't. But, when I logged into my main account and checked the friend's list, the deleted account's name was still there.
I've come to the conclusion that it either never fully deletes off of VMK or takes a really long time.
This is another of my problems, besides the fact that it's not in the rules anywhere. How will they know. IP addresses is the most logical.
And if they did an IP ban, it will affect whom ever else is in the house playing.
One person may make many mules while the other person may not make any.
This is another way of punishing the many for the few.
