We (dd8 and ds11) enjoy playing s'math - it's a math version of scrabble - it can be played with just addition and subtraction, or with multiplication, division and even ( ) for order of operations. You develop equations and score points just like Scrabble. It doesn't specifically address double digit math unless a player develops that type of equation - but, it is fun for all of us to play...

Krypto is a great math game. My son was on a krypto team in 3rd, 4th and 5th grade. Its pretty fun. According to this website you can even play online. Its usually played with a deck of cards.
You lay out 5 cards and then 1 card. The object is using those 5 cards and your basic math rules (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) you must make all 5 cards total the 1 card. In the leauge you have 30 seconds to solve it. The first player to do so scores a point. Solve it wrong and you lose a point.

*small brag* my son was the first 3rd grader to ever make it on the school team and to place in the district-wide competition. He came in 3rd that year, the school took 1st. The other 2 years the school again placed 1st and he placed 2nd overall.

It's a fun and quick thinking game.

Here's a link to a website I found about it.
