Hey, well we're off to the magic today and I feel like a little girl on Christmas eve :yay:
Has anyone got any tips on where is good to stand for the parades? DS is crazy on toy story and DD loves the princesses.

Back in 2009 the princesses got off the float outside bella notte, it's probably totally different now especially with prep for the anniversary can anyone who's been recently offer any tips?

Thank you I really appreciate any advice this board helped to make our last trip more magical than I thought possible :littleangel:

We got back on Wednesday :sad2: (sulk sulk lol) we saw the main parade twice, first time at the side of the castle (this was on a sunday, we only realised ten minutes before that the parade was due to start (doh!) and still managed to get a spot at the front. The following day we had to queue up earlier but was in the wheelchair space. The parade was the same at both places (nothing changed ect) so I don't think it really matters, anywhere you can get near the front and a good view I think!
There is a toy story float with woody buzz and jessie sat on. At the end, most of the princesses and princes walk / dance past. Ariel and Jasmine both ride floats.
For the cars and stars parade, again we were in the wheelchair spot, although there seems to be plenty of room, it got busy but not stupidly so. All the characters are on floats for this one.
Hope that helps a bit!

Those dance routines don't always happen. I am sure someone with more parade experience can chime in there. I think I read on here that it was no dance stops until the parade changes for the Anniversary.

When we went in March last year it was like honeyb35 says. It had been a while since I had seen the parade, so I thought "okay, fine, it has changed", but in July and October it was like I had remembered in the past with the dance stops.

The interactive stops have stopped! :( I was upset because I researched where the princesses stopped etc and now they don't but the princesses are on foot except Ariel with Eric and jasmine with Aladdin! X

The green army men (I think they are called that?) walked ahead of the toy story float and one of them came running up to us and pecked off dds nose!

Have a great time :goodvibes
