I never was but in the past few years I've gotten into it.

I actually got more into it after once at Church (Catholic) the Priest was basically saying that praying and manifesting are the same thing.
Prior to that I had thought "manifesting" is "bad".

Even with that new realization I still never thought crystals had "power" yet I was fine with the thought that wearing a cross neckless or carrying a rosary, or saint pendant had "power".

So now I'm about to buy some crystal beaded jewelry.

And I'm just curious as to if anyone else was into that kind of thing?

These are three very different things. I don't practice reiki, but I do practice another form of energy work that is pretty similar. I don't do anything with manifesting. I have some crystals but I'm not sure I'm fully on board with them.

Yes I realize they are all different things but they are often used together.

I am a Reiki practitioner. I was first introduced to it 22 yrs ago when I was going through cancer treatment. I went to a support center that offered it and it helped with some pain issues I was having, so it made me a believer. I wanted to be able to offer it to my own patients so I went through the certification process. Realistically it’s a little hard for a nurse to do in a hospital with a busy assignment (as you need a fair amount of uninterrupted time), but on a few occasions I had enough time to offer it to some people when other things weren’t helping. Had a significant thing happen once during a session that was rather astonishing to both myself and the patient, and another time something very significant happened during a treatment that a volunteer was giving to a patient. (Not going to get into the details of those here.) So I believe there is definitely a spiritual component to it. It’s been practiced as a form of eastern medicine for thousands of years, and involves energy being transferred from the healer to the receiver. Don’t get me wrong, significant things don’t always happen with every session. But sometimes they do. Most receivers relax enough that things like pain and anxiety can be lessened. People should try it as a complementary therapy if they want to see what it’s like. Some people like to do it prior to surgery when they’re worried, and oftentimes they doze off. You can ask at the surgical place if there is a Reiki practitioner on hand.

I’ve taken several Reiki courses and wish I could get more on board with offering it as a service. I love manifesting and follow Denise Duffield Thomas who has several books about manifesting. And I love my crystals. I’m honestly not sure what they all do, but I love the pretty colors and shapes. I have a beautiful Amazonite ring that really does bring a calmness to my life

I was introduced to it about 7 years ago when a cousin was talking about it but I thought it was woo-woo.
Then my sister did it a couple times and I was like hey whatever you want to believe in. Same with crystals. My sister started buying crystals and I thought it was a waste of money and honestly some of the stuff she bought was a waste of money when she didn't need to spend.
It wasn't until reiki videos came across my fyp because I do enjoy ASMR (which my sister thinks is weird lol so to each their own).
But since that which was 2.5years ago I've really started feeling like there are similarities between those types of things and my religion so I feel like there could be something to it.

I seriously doubt you find will any scientific basis for things like Reiki or those pink salt crystals emitting some sort of healing powers. Much of it seems like clever marketing to sell expensive sea salt. I don't really consider the spiritual guidance provided by any of number of established religions related to individuals who claim to have special/magical powers they can share with others.

Lots of people write books on various topics to express some opinion they have. Being published doesn't make their opinions valid and probably includes many things not things supported by reputable science.

Reiki can be very beneficial if you are open to it. A combination of acupuncture & Reiki helped my husband get off pain medications while dealing with a very painful spinal condition. He's not the woo-woo type, rather the stereotypical working class guy who has done physical work his whole life who was really looking to find some relief after going back and forth to Dr.'s & 2 surgeries over the years.
It helped him physically be able to move his body and stretch/do the PT exercises AND he weaned off the heavy duty pain meds. Sure it took work on his part, and wasn't a overnight cure but let me tell you - before & after him are two different guys.
A diligent, qualified educated practitioner can be a wonderful medical resource.

I experienced reiki while going through chemo 20 years ago. I was not familiar with it but it was recommended by my oncologist and offered by the cancer center that was treating me. I attended multiple sessions during my chemo and radiation. I found it to be helpful and would recommend it to others if it was an option.

I say don't knock it 'til you tried it! I've not personally experienced crystal healing or associated practices, but there's no way I'm gonna bash it!
