Anyone in December getting FP+ and MB

We check in, family of four, on 12/25 and I still can't get fp+. Was able to do magic bands last week. Trip isn't paid in full yet but was told by rep that didn't matter that it would be available at 60 days. Anybody know why I wouldn't be able to do fp+ yet? Thanks.

I think you're at 61 days until midnight EST tonight. I check in on the 30th and I'm at 66 days.
 
I can't log into that my reservation has letters in it and it won't take them :scratchin Do you know why????

I may have done this the difficult way, but let me see if I can explain how *I* found my reservation #. Have a pen and paper handy (I wrote it on my hand). Go to you reservations on MDE. Hover your cursor over where it says "Check in online" (providing your are at or in 60 days from your arrival). I use firefox so when I hover my cursor over that link, the url will show up at the bottom of my screen. Don't click on it, just look at it. At the end of the url a series of #'s shows up. Those are your reservation #. Write them down and enter them on the BOG site and you should be able to get in.

That is a very good tip. Did you look to see if that is the same number that appears when you go to manage your MB's?
 
I haven't received an invite for my Dec 7th trip yet. I don't expect to get one until about the time my MB's will ship, lol! :rolleyes: I have till Nov 6th to customize, so I expect they will ship and I'll receive them Nov 8th. I'm betting if I even do get an invite, it will be somewhere between Nov 5 - 9th, lol, with very little to no time to actually customize if I had waited! But, luckily I'm all set with FP+'s booked and MB's personalized. They don't ship till 30 days before the trip. So don't wait, check your MDX(MDE) acct to get set up as soon as you can! :thumbsup2


Regarding BOG, my ressie wouldn't work in there before, tho it's correct and all numbers, until Friday sometime. Well, worked as in I can now get the Bog link to accept my ressie # and take me to the pages to select a day to book for, but there are no times available at this point. But, earlier in the day, only the first days of my trip showed, later at night the whole trip showed, so I wondered if they were loading the Dec days and stuff still. Gotta keep checking as it's definitely changing thru out they day! :)

Packages have letters in the reservation number. Room only reservations have only numbers. Someone said something about looking at your MagicBand confirmation number. If it is all numbers then try that one to see if it works.

I have a room only reservation and didn't have a problem getting a BOG fp for Nov 30th. I don't know if Dec has been released yet. :confused3

It is my mb #....but when I log on to bog is states that there is no available times????:( Thanks for your help!!!!
 
Could someone post an email address and/or phone number for Disney IT support? I still can't get my the Be Our Guest fast pass site to work. When I login, I still get the message, "Guest is Already Registered" and it won't let me proceed to look for availability. I'd rather not wait until we arrive at the hotel in case there's no availability. Thanks for the email address or phone number.

Thanks! I've been on hold for 30 minutes now and dh is getting annoyed and wants to hang up. :( We may risk it and just wait until we arrive at the hotel. We have a BOG dinner ressie. Thanks again! :thumbsup2

Just to make sure you've seen the other posts, December has not been opened yet. Nobody has secured a December date.
 
Finally got through after 40 minutes. It was a complete waste of time. :( The CM said there's nothing he can do to "unlock" our account. He just said to show up at the podium at the restaurant and ask them to help us. Just ridiculous.

we aren't supposed to be using the BOG FP site unless we've received a card(or email?) so i dont think they'll give you any help unless you have the card or email?

People here just are gaming the system by passing along the web address. ;)
 
Today I was able to customize FP+ and here is my experience:

Issues - for one park day up into the trip I was not able to link myself with our group and for another day DH was not linked to group although using his log in had everything set up for prior days (ugh).

I was able to make FP+ times to exactly match the groups for myself under my log in but when reviewing DH log in - I still am not included. And for DH's issue I was able to finally link the group and copy FP+ times fiddling around with both the AP and MDE on my laptop on his log in for him. Not sure why this error is happening, but its clear it is still having glitches.

Not complaining - will be happy in the end I think... but it has taken 2.5 hours to do it and make sure it was all right. We didn't like ANY of the optional times it provided - times too close together for per park location and also it seems to want to put the thrill rides first thing in the morning which we don't like as we "build" up to those after doing other things. Changing all of this was what was so time consuming for me.

BOG log in tells me I'm registered but is not offering up any times. I'll try this again when I hear Dec. dates have opened.

Happy to have the most important parts behind us - now I can begin focusing on packing lists.:woohoo:
 
This may have been asked and answered already ~ How do you know if you have access to FP+? We have an upcoming trip for the first week of December staying at All Star Sports. Do you receive an email?

Received an email yesterday ~ have until Nov. 19 to make our choices.

Thanks for the info. So does direct to table mean it is preordered but you stand in the regular line and fastpass means you bypass the line and then order lunch? Just trying to figure out what is the faster option (never been to BOG yet). Does it take longer to get your food at lunch or is it similar to other quick service.
