I see the option to customize MBs for a DVC trip I have reserved for June.
Neither my March nor my January trips show up.
I called
MDE a few days ago to see if they could help me figure out what was going on. CM logged into my account.
After I (we) confirmed my shipping address on the MB page, I was sent to a page to customize said June MBs, but the only color option shown was grey. The CM took my customization info, colors and names, for Jan trip MBs and told me they'd set it up.
I got an email the following day that my MBs were ready to customize for my beginning of Jan trip. When I logged into MDE, I confirmed shipping address for Jan MBs, but still was only given grey color options when I clicked on "Customize". I call MDE back and they don't know why it is happening, so they reopened the trouble ticket. They also said they'd look into why March trip is not showing, since June is later and already showing.
All three reservations (Jan, Mar, Jun) are linked to my MDE account, so it is weird that MB info only shows up for the June trip.
They are all sorts of IT problems with MDE. I've been using MDE for almost a year now and it has never worked properly. There were major dining reservation problems yesterday, too, where I'd make a reservation, system would crash, time slot was gone, I'd see a confirmation number on my MDE page, then reservation disappeared. I called and after 30 min, someone picked up. MDE somehow made and cancelled those reservations within minutes of each other. WHAT is going on?!?!? At least we were able to rebook the lost reservations.
