+Anyone here that has a Handicapped DOG?+

I need info on the Dog Wheel Carts--where you purchased yours, how it works etc. My Female Dachsund is paralized as of yesterday, and we are undergoing treatment, but if it doesn't work, she will need a Cart. Thanks.

I don't but I had a friend who did. That dog got around like no body's business. She could out run other dogs.

I know what its like to have a disabled dog. My grandma's dog, Smokey, (my parents got her for my grandparents a couple months before I was born, so I grew up with her and she became like my dog) had inflammation of the brain. She had 2 episodes, when I was home by myself with her both times. I took care of her for the most part. It is hard and I am so sorry you and your poor dog have to go through this.

Thanks, this is the second time we are going thru this, we had male Doxie that had back surgery, and needed Accupuncture treatments and they worked, to get him walking, not sure of this dog as yet, jury is still out so to speak. Sh has had her second Accupucture treatment today.
