I'm not I WISHer. I just lurk here. But I must say, you guys are really an inspiration - even for someone not actively trying to lose weight.
I HATE to exercise. But I do it because I have found that it's the easiest way to maintain my weight. When I run three or more times a week, I can eat anything I want. If I exercise less than that, I've either got to watch portions/types of food, or watch the weight come on. On any given day, I can think of a million other things I should or would rather be doing other than working out. I go to the gym kicking and screaming (in my mind) - but AFTER working out I feel soooo good. I really believe that weight loss won't stick unless there's a lifestyle change that includes exercise.
