There is a $35. fee to join this club for online members. However, you get 2 travel voucheers each for you and a friend good toward tickets for the next year.

Sounds like a good deal if you know you are traveling in the next year, and are going to buy your tickets online.

Anyone with first hand experience here?

Bascially I joined and I also signed up my dd (4) so we could get award travel tickets for 17,500 miles for our trip the end of April. We didn't have enough miles otherwise, so we joined and received 2,000 bonus miles and had just enough for tickets for each of us. As far as the "discounts" I tried to use them for myself and my dh for a weekend business trip and it was cheaper to book without using the discount. Sometimes the discount does not come off the lowest fare.

I was afraid if I spend the $35. I vounchers won't be good for the tickets I want in Jan.
