I used all my flex points this weekend. I have exercised every day this week, but only for 20 minutes per day. I did do sit ups and butt crunches, too. I'm trying to tone as well as lose weight. I have got to get more aggressive with my excercise. I am in terrible shape and one of my goals in this process is to change that. DH and I were talking the other day about how we'd like to run a 5K someday. He is trying to lose weight too. He is going low carb and exercising as well. He's lost 6 lbs. in 6 days already - men have it so easy.

I don't know all my points but for me portion control is a big thing. I have to be very strict about what makes a serving and what is too much. So that's what I did when we were out. I ate a late lunch and no dinner to speak of, just some 0 pt snacks.

(THIS is something you/I are supposed to dream for, achieve, maintain BUT - it's REALLY HARD!!!) The more you lose, the less points you get - until maintenance, then, you're on your own, kinda, with higher points. Take heart tho, by then, you KNOW what to do but, the lbs come off harder - if/after you re-gain them. JUST MY story.
