anyone here do WW without meetings or online?

ugh- i gained 2 lbs- I knew I would gain- I have got to stop the stress eating. I have had a very stressful week with work and school for my youngest- he is special needs and I am in a gridlock arguement with the school about his services- and I have been eating candy and stressing out- MUST STOP THAT BEHAVIOR! Also, after doing the taxes, it looks like my part time job boosts us into a higher tax bracket and it would probably make more sense if I didn't work- so DH and I decided I would quit my job- this is really stressful for me- my boss is so good to me, and I feel like I will be leaving him in a lurch. I haven't told him yet- but I will have to today or tomorrow. I am just stressed all the way around. Today is the 1st day of the kids spring break- I am happy about that.

Good advice, I ditto that. Hang in there TenThousand. I'm bored today so I was just in the kitchen looking at the chocolate brownies and then my DS7 (no school today...snow storm 14" of snow:scared1:) asked for some popcorn to go w/the movie we rented. So I had that instead.

I don't think I posted on Monday but I lost that same 1 pound again and an additional .50, I think. I know I'm down .50 because of my ticker but I've lost and gained that same pound I can't remember. But I'll take a .50 lb loss.

Woo Hooty!!!!! Congrats on reaching a mini goal!

TenThousand~ :hug: for all the stress. You can make healthy choices even with everything going on. Make sure you drink your water, exercise and try to take a few minutes to relax. Stress increases the likelyhood of weight gain.

Halfway to the next WI folks. Is everyone drinking their water this week?

Hang in there Tenthousand. I understand the stress of dealing with the school and a child with special needs. Been in that position several times this year with my son. Hope the school doesn't give you any more grief. Here's some pixie dust for will power for that stress eating! sprinkle sprinkle.

:hug: I can appreciate what you are dealing with here! I found myself in that same situation...but decided that I needed to keep working for my own mental well being :laughing: We just ended up adjusting our deductions so that it didn't *hurt* so much when tax season arrives. :rolleyes1

Just wanted to wish everyone a "Happy Easter." Enjoy your families and your traditions today! The kids found their easter baskets and did their egg hunt all by 9:00 am...they were up at 6 :eek: . Glad the Easter bunny came early!

As far as food goes...I'll try and be good but I will have what I want just not as much. Have a great day!

Well down another .50 lb...I think the rest of my weight will come off like this until I get to my goal of another 5.50 lbs. We leave for disney in 33 days so I'm sure I'll gain a little weight that week! I know we'll walk alot but so much food! Oh well - I'm going to enjoy myself and not worry about points.

I really stepped it up last week exercising hopefully I can continue to do that this week. So that will be my goal this week is to continue my exercise routine and make better food choices.

Yesterday went fine...I went overboard at dinner but only had a little chocolate. I would much rather eat meals then sweets. Hope all went well for everyone. Have a good day!

I bought some new jeans today....:woohoo:

The most exciting thing happened....I had to tell the sales girl I needed a SMALLER SIZE because the ones I tried on first were TOO BIG :cool1: :cool1:

Hey AKASnowWHite- I'm still here. I have been struggling- I would grade my effort with WW last week about a C. Congrats on the jeans! That is inspiring. How is everyone else doing?
 
Ugh. I have had the most miserable head cold all week. :sick: I haven't exercised since Thursday (can't BREATHE! :eek: ) It's so frustrating, but what can I do? :confused3 Just trying to let my body recover, but I am so not a patient person :rolleyes1 The weather here is so gross. Cold rain - flood watches posted - not motivating me to do anything at all.

Anyway....enough of my personal pity party. :rolleyes: Gotta get myself back on that wagon (that is, if I can *hoist* myself back up there :lmao: ) Have a great Sunday everyone!
 
Hi! I'm still here - getting ready to do the WHOLE program starting tomorrow! The last two weeks I started adding more water and fruits/veggies into my diet, and tomorrow I'll start excercising. WI is tomorrow, but I don't think I've lost . . . I came to the realization that not only do I REALLY like coffee, I REALLY like it with lots of International Delight Chocolate Caramel creamer - which really defetes the fact that coffee is 0 points! LOL!

I am down 1.5 lbs!! I found I really have to cut back my calories more than suggested to see a loss. BUt it worked!! I will play with the calories some more to see how it works this week.

I went back to the gym today (missed 3 days in a row, which is unheard of for me! :eek: ) and did a gentle work out....I've been so sick that it felt good just to move my body a litte :yay: Of course, my nose hasn't stopped running since I got home...:sick: I weigh-in again tomorrow, but as long as I pretty much hold steady I'll be happy.

I also signed up for "Biggest Loser - Part 2" at my gym today....a 6 week follow-up/continuation of the 12 week program that I just finished. I really need that accountability! :goodvibes

It's rained to much here in the North East that I think I'm going to go build myself an ark (how many activity points would I get for that??? :rotfl2: )
 
Well I'm up a pound this week - tom is due any day - hopefully thats it. Oh well. It was my Mom's b-day on Saturday and we went to the Olive Garden :eek:! I love pasta and have it a couple of times a week at home but I'm careful what I put on it. But that night I wasn't careful I had the Fettucini Alfredo :scared1:! It was good but I didn't feel that great after eating it...not used to all that fat.

AKASNOWWHITE: I'm with you on the ark idea. Its been raining here since Sunday afternoon...it has not stopped and the winds are gusting. Our road has huge puddles.

Keep up the good work ladies. Looks like its just the few of us still on here.
