What does this fairy tag do? I hear everyone talking about it

The tag fairy picks out quotes from posts that tickle her fancy and puts them, in color, under your ID. You never know when she might strike. I am still looking forward to the day that she will tag me. It hasn't happen yet, but it seems like sometimes she does a "drive by" and tags a bunch of people, so maybe we'll get lucky one day.

Kind of what I'm wondering too. But, I think she comes and tags you and puts something in your signature. (or somewhere) I'm personally waiting for her to give me a tag. Rumor is the TF is especially busy tonight!
