I have been trying to find cheap long term parking for us when we fly out of Columbus, Ohio. I see a Green Long Term Shuttle lot for $4/day. But I can't find any details on the place. Do they take reservations, shuttle, etc. Can anyone help? There is no number to call either. TIA.

I just booked our flights from Columbus last night and read all the info we both need on a FAQ page... only now I can't find it!:confused3 I do remember no ressies needed, $4 per 24 hr. pd. & a 24 hr. shuttle. I'll keep looking and post a link when I find it.

It is very easy. When you pull in, get a paper ticket just like any parking place. Find a spot and lock the car. The shuttles run all the time, but there may be less at less busier times/more at more busier times. They are very quick, as the lots have their own shuttle lines. The shuttle size is a little white bus, similar to those used for retirement communities. When you return, just go to ground transportation and find your bus by which lot you parked in. You pay when you leave the lot and they take credit cards too! HTH :)

Thank you! I knew someone could help me out! Last time we flew from Col, we prepaid to get a better rate, so i didn't want to miss out on a special rate!

Local Columbus area resident chiming in. The long term (not in the terminal parking garage) airport parking at the Columbus, Ohio airport (CMH) is divided into three parking areas - green, red and blue. Here's a link to the info:

You do not need to make a reservation. Very easy and the shuttle buses are quite frequent. The blue lot is closest to the airport, then the red lot is a bit farther away, and the green lot is the farthest away. We "splurge" and park in the blue lot since they will pull the shuttle bus right up to your car. The lots do not charge any additional taxes on top of the fees listed.

Agree with PP, and just want to add that the shuttles from the airport to the lots are right next to each other and easy to locate.

We flew out of Columbus for the first time this past February, and I opted for the Blue lot at $7/day. However after seeing how close the lots are to each other and how easy it is to shuttle between the airport and any of the lots, I will likely opt for one of the others on our next trip.
