Anyone having trouble w/ GardenGrocer??

It's not letting me register. I've called them and even they can't do it. Is anyone else having a problem? Has anyone used www.wegoshop.com ? I need to place an order.TIA

We used Garden Grocer last year without any problems. This year we are using Wegoshop because what I wanted was not listed on GG's site. I've read nothing but positives so far about Wegoshop so I'm crossing my fingers we aren't the fluke.

WeGoShop was great in Oct for me. Marge is really good

I had the same problem for a trip to Disney we took May 17-24. It took me 3 calls to Garden Grocer to fix the problem. The problem ended up being that my last name has an apostrophe (') in it and the program would,could not recognize punctuation. Once I figured that out on my own it worked great and Garden Grocer was awesome.

Thanks all. They couldn't even register me. No apostrophes or hyphens, etc. Guess it's a glitch. They want me to cut & paste my oder and put it in an email. I'm afraid it'll get lost or forgotten so I may just use wegoshop. Maybe I'll do a fake register and see if it takes it then I'll know if it truly is a computer glitch on their end.

I was able to log in tonight but once I updated my account it automatically logged me out and wouldn't let me log in nor would it let me re-register. Frustrating...

I tried registering my DH and it worked. Finally. Now I can order. BUT I think I may have registered before and couldn't remember my password. I requested my password, but never got it. Maybe I should check the 8700 bulk folder emails. I would suggest anyone who is using GG to check their accounts.
