Anyone having trouble getting into my disney experience

Just called the help desk. 8 minute wait and fixed right up.

just got off the phone with IT, 12 minute wait time, problem fixed in about 7 minutes. I called 1-407-939-4357
 
So I'm trying to log in now and getting the screen that says to enter a new password. Should I do this or wait and try again later? We use our email address to log in (not a username).

We have the same email/password for our DVC account...is this their way of saying we need to have a different password for our MDE account?
 
Man! I wish I would have seen this first before I changed my passwords. Just figured it was a standard update to my account, so I went ahead and did it. And, now, I have lost all my information. Grrrr.

I actually have 2 accounts, and I'm not entirely sure which is the right one.
 

On the phone with them now. Chose password reset and got directed to Dining, so I'm being transferred again...
 
Also on the phone now. On the MDE app everything is still correct and under my name. On the website it shows my husband's name on my account and nothing is showing up. Very frustrating.
 
I'm fixed.. They said I had two accounts, which I know I didn't create two accounts with my same email. I have a feeling something is getting crossed up between the Website and App. They sent me a password reset which looked much different than the automated one and I was able to set my password for the one I had been using and I'm back in and everything looks fine.
 
The most frustrating part to me, I would have never had 2 accounts if the Movie Rewards account didn't force me to use something other than my email address.
But back when I created that something prompted something in MDE to tie them together. It's been a few years but I remember it alerting me to there being 2 accounts and I got a link that connected them.
I've always been able to log in with both and see everything so I guess that's why I can now log in with my username and see everything.
The only thing I can no longer do is log in with my email address. I don't even get a chance to make a new password with it. It just doesn't let me in
 
This board saves me again. I was in full panic mode since I have to customize the magic bands that are mailing next week. I had to call tech support and they fixed the issue. (after leaving me on hold for 16 minutes)
 
Ya'll are worrying me. I changed my password and everything is there and seems fine. Didn't have to call or anything. After reading about everyone calling for help, I'm beginning to wonder why it was so easy for me.
 
Mine is still working. Very strange that I have had no issues over the past two days (via PC or phone app). Guess I'm just one of the lucky ones.
Disney really needs to get this piece of their IT structure up to speed.
 
All these posts had me worried, and I did have the "change your password" come up on me, so I changed it on the App instead of the computer, and everything is there! :thumbsup2
 
Had to call in - My CM didn't "blame me" for having 2 accounts - She said they were synchronizing all the accounts to one unified account and the system picked one to be the "official" one... and chose wrong! :)

Back up and running and spending more mon-ay... :crazy:

I did a chat on the Disney site with a CM who told me they have been having trouble the past 3 days and are working on resolving the issue. If I needed immediate access I could call but otherwise I could wait a few days and try again to see if they have resolved the problems.
