Anyone having luck coordinating dropped reservations?

Postponed our trip and spent this morning trying to coordinate my dropped dining reservations and not one coordination worked out.
The process worked well last Fall for the couple I dropped - seems like a very busy Free Dining week (week prior to thanksgiving) - I'm wondering if maybe many of the big name restaurants overbooked?

I could not get the BOG I tried to coordinate, but I was able to get CP just fine.

I've had trouble trying to do this with a couple reservations for October. None worked out. In the past, they've always worked out. Something different seems to be going on with the dining system. I wonder if it has something to do with those paid sites that are always searching for those hard to get reservations.

I had issues getting a BOG lunch. I was only able to snag 4 of the 9 spots the coordinator had available. Seems either Disney gobbled them up or another person snagged half of them :/ Oh well, at least I have one breakfast reserved.

I have done 3 so far and 2 worked - 1 did not

I was able to secure 2 coordinating. It was at 10pm so not sure if time of day has anything to do with it.

I did 2 middle of the day about 2 weeks ago & the people were able to get them. Neither was BOG though.

Maybe time of day does matter - I will try to help someone else and wait until afternoon or evening...
