Anyone have United Healthcare? (long;)

I've had UHC for 6 years. Never had any major problems.

However, I do want to mention something that may be causing your problem. Earlier this year UHC switched from using a persons 9 digit SS# as a subscriber number. The subscriber number is now a different, and I'm assuming random, 9 digit number.

Could it be that your new subscriber number is someone elses SS#? Perhaps they issued you that number in error? Just a thought.

Actually UHC was one of the better insurance companies that we dealt with when I worked in insurance.
It sounds like the drs office has the incorrect info and are just rebilling, esp if you have verified the info yourself with the ins co.
