This upcoming trip, similar to what we did last year, we have 3 kids coming the first couple of days, then they go home with grandparents so we can have adult/couple time with some of our childless friends who will be then checking in. When I asked Member Services about how to list the names, and told them that the 4/5/6 year olds really don't need keys, they said to just list the adults and have our friends who are coming in a few days later pick up their keys then. So it works, and in some cases they don't even want the extra names as long as they know you're under your allowed # of guests.
