I've been thinking of getting this game for the Wii. I have the Wii Fit (but unfortunately I'm a bit overweight for it right now) I would like to get a fitness game for the Wii to help me lose some of this weight so I CAN use the Wii Fit.
Do you think this "game" would be too much for a beginner? And what about the book that the Biggest Loser has available called, "Simple Swaps"? If you have this book how do you like it?
