Anyone have the Airtran Visa and can answer a question?

I just called them and got disconnected before getting my answer. I don't feel like being on hold for another 20 minutes so I am hoping someone here can help me.

I purchased 4 roundtrip tickets on my Visa. I know that after purchasing 4 you get a free one way fare. After purchasing 8 you get a roundtrip fare.

So on my statement it says "Points earned toward next credit:XXX". My question is, How many points do I need to get a credit? Are these credits in addition to my 'free' one-way fare?
