I tried to book through online yesterday. It worked really well as far as seeing availability. When I tried to book it however, it wouldn't let me allocate the points from different contracts correctly. I had banked points on two different contracts. I had to call in the reservation so that they could move my points around properly.
Why would they do this? It's not fair to us who need to call for more the 1 room, they could be going before we could book. How about those who don't have or use computers or the like? I think this needs an explanation from
