I am registered to do the Haiti toolkit and it's time to mail it in. I no longer have the email with the guidelines. Can someone send it to me so I can send my kits in? I looked at the site and it shows me registered - but I can't seem to access the information from anywhere. Thank you so much!

I sent mine in last week and I just tried to forward you the toolkit, but when I click on the link that contained the info, I get taken to a page that states the program has ended. Sorry. I could tell you what is in them, but I don't know how you will get the form that you need to fill out.

I wish I would have printed it out! Since they have me registered as doing it by April 13- I thought I was in the clear. Thanks for trying.

These instructions were copied from the PDF document that Give A Day sent me when I inquired about this project. Is this what you are looking for? Address is toward the bottom. I can also try to email you the PDF.

Instructions
1. Follow the instructions in the e-mail you received from HandsOn Network titled "[VOP] Toolkit for ‘Give a Day. Get a Disney Day.’ program volunteer project." Click on the link to complete the signup for you (and your household). You must register in advance of completing the project. If
you've lost the e-mail, you can search for this opportunity again at DisneyParks.com and send yourself another e-mail.

2. NOTE: For each volunteer in your household that is signed up to complete this project and participate in the Give a Day. Get a Disney Day. program, TEN KITS must be completed. There are many ways children six years of age and above can contribute to making the care kits and share in the volunteer. Age-appropriate tasks can be assigned to all members of the family. For example, all members of the family can help shop for the care kit items and prepare cards for the recipients.

3. Discuss with your family why people in Haiti might need these items.

4. Purchase materials listed below. Only include NEW items in the care kits.

5. Place all items in one zip lock bag, seal it, and place the top of the
filled bag into the bottom of a second bag and seal it as pictured at right.

6. Collect boxes and reinforce the bottoms with cardboard or paper
bags. Place ten completed Haiti Care Kits in each box.

7. Include a homemade card or drawing signed, "From a family who
cares".

8. Complete the verification letter on the last page of this toolkit, print and place in one box. On the outside of the box with the verification letter, write, “Form Inside” in thick magic marker. This will help expedite the verification process.

9. Secure each box with packing tape and mark the outside of the box “10 Care Kits.” For tracking purposes, write your last name on the outside of each box in thick magic marker.

10. Ship boxes to:
Heart to Heart International
1021 Pacific Avenue
Kansas City, KS 66102

Note: Be sure to allow enough time for sending your completed kits and verification letter so that they will arrive by your completion date. Your completed project must be received by Heart to Heart no later than 60 days from the date you sign up on www.DisneyParks.com.
