Anyone have Capt'n Crunch Chicken Recipe

I think this recipe was from Planet Hollywood? I did a search here, but came up with nothing. I though I saw this recipie here a while ago....anyone still have it?

I'll have to check at home, but I know the coating is half cap'n crunch and half corn flakes crushed together. I think you dredge the chicken in a flour/spice mixture, then an egg/milk mixture and then the cereal mixture.

I keep going back to the capt'n crunch chicken. Think I'll try it.

Tried it last night. I can't believe that everyone including my D Picky eater S liked it. The mustard sauce was good too.
