Wondering how it is coming along. I took pictures in April and would love to see how different it looks now.

We took the Keys to the Kingdom tour in August and our tour guide said that it was ahead of schedule!

Crossing my fingers (but not holding my breath ) that Expedition Everest has a couple of previews while we're there in January for the marathon.

Great photos... I must have this ride on my brain, the other night I had a dream that EE was being built at the zoo where my daughter works.
I had come to pick her up from work and she told me the ride was ready and employees and family were allowed to preview the ride...... and then I woke up! %$#@

Great photos! I just read in my allearsnet.com newletter...well actually it came from the Anita Answer column, that rumor has it EE MIGHT open as early as late 2005/early 2006, but "officially" they are planning to open it in conjunction with the 8th anniversary of AK. Personally, I'm hoping for some serious pixie dust that it will have soft openings at Christmas....or those AP perks that allow us to ride early as test guinea pigs or whatever it is they let AP holders do.

Looks like, compared to the earlier picture, the scaffolding is coming down slowly, there is now none at the very top. Should be a fun ride.

I would love to get a test-run when we go Dec. 11-14th, but I won't be holding my breath. Hopefully, if we miss it then, it might be available when we head back in March '06. The pics look great by the way.
