anyone have a low white blood cell count

I got sick a few weeks ago and ended up in the hopsital for a week,i thought i was having kidney stones again but found out that i have an enlarged pancreas and it was pushing on my kidneys and stomach.So no drinking anymore and diet has changed drastically.But when i was in there they said my white cell count is low,which i already knew its been low for a few years now,so they went back andlooked at blood work over the last few years and yeah it showed that.They sent me to a blood specialist when i got out,at first she wasnt concerned,said some people are just low,my level was 3.5.So she said come back in a week and will check it again,last week it was 3.2.So she said come back this week which was friday and its now at 2.8.Ok now she says we need to find out why its dropping.uh yeah no crap.She said to stay away from sick people and keep washing my hands alot,hellooooo im a mechanic,i do wear gloves though.anyone else just low.
